Let’s face it – changing long-held patterns of thinking and behavior is not easy.  It can be scary to think about setting goals, never mind figuring out the steps to achieve them.  Too often we are overwhelmed before we even begin to change our lives. Where do you start? Is it worth beginning?  

This is where it is INCREDIBLY VALUABLE to work with Edith.  She is part advisor, teacher, and coach. Edith guides you as you are transforming your life.  She assists you in identifying your limiting beliefs, helps you set goals, and gives you the skills to manifest the changes that you are seeking.

I have gained SO much working with Edith.  My self-esteem has transformed phenomenally – I can now honestly say that I love myself!  I am now setting and achieving goals and dreams, something that I avoided for years.

From our first meeting Edith really made me think about what it was I wanted to do, structuring my goals in a way that I’d never thought of before, helping me focus on the things that really mattered to me and how I could achieve them, ultimately helping me with my limiting belief.  Teaching me ways to turn my feeling of defeat by inspiring me to get back on track and give me ways to accomplish that. When I first met Edith a year ago, I was in a dead-end job, where they did not value me or my contribution to the business. I had no self-worth, couldn't practice self-love, was constantly stressed out, always put myself last and gave all of myself away to my employees and a business that didn't care about me at all. I was in a place where I felt stuck, sad and broken.

Edith started coaching me right away. She could see something in me that I could never see myself. She challenged my whole way of thinking. She lovingly guided me to be face to face with the "terror barrier" many times and was right there on the other side waiting to hold my hand up in celebrating my victories. She has pushed me to break through traditional barriers, of "supposed to's", and "should be's" and helped me to see that I can be whoever I want to be in this lifetime. That this is my one life and that I need to live every day to my fullest and to be the best version of myself. To Dream Big and never allow anyone or anything stands in my way.

She has shown me that slowing down and taking care of myself is not only okay to do, but so completely necessary for mental health and the ability to grow further. She has shown me that I don't need to pretend to be anyone else, that who I am is absolutely perfect and to never hesitate to be my 100% authentic self.

Through Edith, I learned to forgive myself and my past self. To show gratitude for my past experiences and view them as lessons, because without those experiences, and all the thoughts, attitudes and beliefs of that past I would not be this beautiful version of myself.  I can say with complete confidence that without Edith's guidance, I would not be the person I am today.

I owe her the biggest debt of gratitude for helping me rediscover who I really am and helping me love myself in ways I never imagined possible. I know this is just the beginning of the rest of my life, and I can't wait to continue on my journey.
