When we decided that now was the time to purchase our first home, something told us that Edith Espinola was the right choice to be our agent. Short-sales are also more complicated to process and Edith handled everything that was required to keep things moving along smoothly. She educated us during the process with bits of information that allowed us to be better informed on what we were getting into and making the right decision for ourselves.
As things got closer to decision time, we never felt pressured to choose one way or the other. It was clearly up to us to go through with the purchase or back out of the deal. When we requested one final walk-through, Edith was there in no time to grant us that opportunity. We finally made our decision and turned things over to Edith and her staff. Their expertise and team effort during the closing process assured us that our dream was about to become a reality.
Our family is now living that dream and have the home and yard that we always wanted to establish our roots and own traditions in the same place we grew up. We owe it all Edith and her team of real estate and financial professionals for making this happen.
